We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Apple Pay. A card is required to have on file when you book to hold your slot, although there is no deposit.

To remain mindful to noise levels for other suite owners, we ask that no guests come with you without prior approval from your service provider.

Safety is a very important factor for all of our guests and other suite owners. Upon arrival for your appointment, you will be in communication with your service provider, letting them know when you’ve arrived so that they can let you in.

Please avoid any Botox, filler, chemical peels, products with AHA/BHAs, and all retinoids 30 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid waxing, threading, and sun exposure one week prior.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and blood thinners (ibuprofen, Advil, fish oil, etc.) 24 hours prior.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are on a prescription blood thinner, a doctor’s clearance to come off of it for 3 days prior to any tattooing is required.
Studio Policies

To ensure staying on schedule, arriving 15 minutes after your scheduled service time may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.
Please note that if you are late but still able to be seen, the end time of your appointment will remain the same, therefore your service provider may need to adjust the service available based on the time remaining in your time slot.

All cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment(s) will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
All reschedules initiated within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment(s) will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked and said amount will be put towards future appointment, but the appointment must be scheduled at that time.
Cancellations/reschedules for consultations result in no charge.

Any no-show for an appointment will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled and may result in banning from future booking at Palmetto Skin Health Studio.

Third Parties that Help Provide the Messaging Service: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS short code campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign. We may share your Personal Data with third parties that help us provide the messaging service, including, but not limited to, platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
